Charles and Marion Walker moved into this farm house at 21973 Great Cove Road in 1954, when Charles joined his Farther-in-law, Harold Rotz in farming.  Harold Rotz had purchased the farm from the estate of Clark McGovern, but it had been used by native Americans for thousands of years.  Charles Walker has found many arrowheads on the property as fields were plowed, with the oldest dating back some 12,000 years.  The Arrowhead Block on the garage honors that tradition.
