Feagley who was born in Fulton County in 1904. My Father Chester D. Feagley Sr. was born in 1939, and myself Chester D. Feagley Jr. born in 1968. In the mid 50’s an adjoining parcel was purchased and a new house was built next to the original house. As for the quilt block design I chose, I liked the patriotic colors and image and for me serving 10 years in the military it has special significance. I’ve traveled all over the world in service to my country, but have always considered this place my HOME.
