Our Quilt Pattern is a combination of Celtic symbols and is in honor of the many Celts from Scotland and Ireland who "forged" and "fired" Fulton County. This particular pattern consists of a series of four Triquetras more commonly known as Trinity Knots or Celtic Triangles in a cross pattern. Triquetras consist of three interconnected parts representing the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as well as the three members of our Family - Father, Mother and Child. The circle around each Triquetra signifies eternity and infinite protection and to us represents family unity and a connection that cannot be broken. This Quilt Pattern is an example of interconnecting Eternity Knots, a predominant pattern found throughout Celtic art, which have no beginning and no end. Eternity Knots represent changeless and everlasting cycles and where they cross, a unity of kindness and wisdom.
